we use Version 3.0.1
1. Is it possible to use HTML tags in the E-Mail template?
2. Is it possible to show the subcategories in the knowledgebase without klicking on the main categorie?

1. not at the moment, but on the "to do" list for 2020
2. not sure what exactly you mean? Can you show an example?

not showing:
subcategory1.1

subcategory1.3

is it possible to see the subcategorys?

Oh, so all the structure to be shown at once. Unfortunately no, that's not supported at the moment because it could get quite messy (Hesk allows unlimited levels of subcategories). However, we're exploring new options for making the Knowledgebase more accessible and usable in the future.
