POP3 wont enable

Trying to enable pop3 fetching but when I do the button/slider for piping becomes enabled instead of the POP3Fetching has anybody seen this happen before?
In so far as to say that I click the slider and POP3 is showing and enabled and I can test it but when I click save at the bottom of the page the slider moves back to disabled and Piping is enabled

To be fair I gave up with and started again and now its working.
