Email anomalous behavior

I Klemen; I' a very strange issue

From a couple of day my system is able to send only the "new_ticket_mail". If I wont answer to customer, the "new_replay_by_staff" doesn'go. Note the I use the SMTP method, and the same SMTP work fine for the first mail and doesn't work for the second one.

Do you have any suggestion?

Both times Hesk uses the exact same code (function) to send mail so if it works once there is no reason it wouldn't work the second time.

Have you checked SPAM folders?

Are you sure you don't have "Don't send email notification of this reply to the customer" selected in your "Add Reply" form?

Do you have access to your mail server (Exim) logs and can check there if emails are being sent?
