Version of script: v2.8.2
Hello, I have enabled the "Settings-->Email-->Other-->Strip quoted reply" setting in the admin area.
However, replies from the customer are still including all the previous quoted email message. It seems the "------ Reply above this line ------" text is not being added to the emails sent to the customer.
Is that text supposed to be included automatically by HESK in all customer emails? Or do we need to manually edit each template and add that text?

That text is automatically added by HESK, but only if the email template contains the %%MESSAGE%% tag.
