Frontend: Anonym Ticket List

Hello everybody,
I hope I'm right here.
I installed Hesk incl. MFH. Everything worked without problems.
We want to set the system so that our roommates (number 29) can make reports to the property management system via this system.
The background lies in the fact that we report in our Whatsapp group at the time the disturbances and at the same time ask if someone has already reported.

So that not everyone has to be logged into the system, I need an anonymous ticket list in the frontend, in which it is possible to see which malfunctions have already been received in the ticket system. So that one without the tracking ID and email address, already the last "XX" sorted by date of receipt, category, subject etc. is listed.

I hope someone can give me the source code and say in which file or files that needs to be changed

This is not something built into Hesk and unfortunately, we don't provide custom code modifications support here. You will probably need to hire a PHP developer to help you achieve this goal.
