Icon in the main list, that there are comments inside

How to do if there are comments inside the topic. That was a mark on the main page next to the topic. For example, an icon (picture)

I am not sure what you mean? Do you mean replies by customer or staff? If you need to show this, you can add the number of replies to the list of tickets (admin panel > Settings > Ticket list tab > Fields in ticket list. It won't show an icon, but will show number of responses (all or just staff responses) for each ticket in the list.
