Hi,
I support many different companies so it would be nice if there was a way for me to recognize the tickets based on the company. Doesn't matter too much how it's done. It's just that a single long list of tickets makes it cumbersome.

Why not create a category for each company? You could improve it by customizing all the text to say "Company" instead of "Category". You can even group tickets by category in the list of tickets (More options > Group by: category).
Alternatively, you could create a custom field named "Company". Works just as well, but ticket list can't be grouped by custom fields.

Re: Separate by company
I thought of that but then would anyone creating a ticket be able to view all the companies ie my entire client list?
Re: Separate by company
Yes, they would, but that's the only built-in way of doing it. To further customize this to fit your needs you will probably need to hire a PHP developer for help.

Re: Separate by company
I'll just put a txt field where they can type their company name so I'll at least have a reference. It's a start.
