Write your message below: Hi, im using hesk for some weeks. it has been helping me on my brand new one man bussiness. thanks for having this free.

My problem is: im hosting hesk on my qnap which have a malfuntion, and need to be replaced, and im trying to migrate do another synology NAS.
allready installed Hesk on new nas, but restoring DATABASE backup from the old setup wont migrate for example » Custom Statuses i´ve created!!!

Here's a short guide that should help:

Note that there are two things you need to move:
1. files
2. database

Files are all inside your hesk folder.

The database is located elsewhere, depending on your MySQL setup. Use a tool such as phpMyAdmin (both Qnap and Synology should have it) to export the old database then import it on the new server.
