Customers who can't receive email often fill in the email they can't receive in the required "email" box when submitting a ticket in Hesk Mobile 208.2.0. When I select "edit" and enter a valid email, Hesk Mobile responds with:
"Error - Error occurred when trying to send notification email." which means the customer does not receive notification of a reply.

1: Can we fix the problem?
2: Can we change "Email" to "Reply Email"?
