Possible to add a avatar or image for each user or staff member?
This might be a feature request.
Would love to see these viewing tickets, on the left hand side of each reply it shows the user's name or employee's name. Would like to show an image here to personalize the experience.

Looking for a way to make staff replies stand out vs user replies which kind of blend in too much imho.

A feature request for User Avatars / Gravatars is currently planned for a future release (https://mods-for-hesk.uservoice.com/for ... ar-support). There's no ETA as to when that'll ever happen.
