How to Edit Quick HElp

How do I edit quick help text for different sections? I want to be more specific.

You will want to modify the following keys in the language files:

Code: Select all

 - quick_help_submit_ticket    (Submitting a ticket)
 - quick_help_view_ticket      (View ticket form)
 - quick_help_ticket           (Viewing a ticket)
 - kb_is                       (Knowledgebase)
