Knowledgebase notification

Hi Guys,

Looking for some information.

Is there a way to send a notification email when a new knowledgebase article has been created?

The idea being that the support desk shared email receives an email allowing all members to keep up to date with the additions.

There's no built-in feature to do that, no. You'd have to modify the admin/manage_knowledgebase.php, please consult a PHP developer.
