is it possible to make tickets public ?

Is it possible in any way to make tickets public on a page or somewhere inside the website using hesk?

1- onto any page
2- creating another link
3- or some other way possible

Any ways how to achieve it as i have hired a php developer already.

I am asking here because i dont want to messup with the core functionality of the hesk.

This was never intended usage, but you could probably just use links from customer notification emails?
