hide recipients (other staff)

How to remove the list of all recipients when sending new notifications to employees (New tickets - Move ticket to ... ) . Any employee sees in the e-mail address bar to whom this message was sent (recipients). We need to hide it from them.
Where do I insert "bcc" instead of "to"?
Please help me.

You will need to modify the logic inside inc/email_functions.inc.php file, more specifically the hesk_mail function

The exact code to change will be up to you (or hire a developer) as unfortunately I don't provide support for customizations.
