I have just found hesk and I would like to have the person who gets some ticket to solve, to be notified by SMS.
Did you find anything?

Hesk already can pipe tickets into email form, email the client ticket updates.
Maybe you can find someone that can make your email server 'activate' SMS by redirecting / copying the email in sms format.
I can only help with the idea (it might help you form your question in search engines, or help explain to a tech what one solution to try).

I think more like when user add a ticket then user get a sms, when it is a answer on ticket user get a sms even staff get sms when a ticket is incomming and a ticket get an answer.
