Thank you for such a brilliant script. The two reasons I use this script above all others are:
1. Its lightweight
2. The users dont need an account
If you ever think of bulking Hesk up would you consider running a lite version, I worry as there are plenty of fancy things you can do with it, but the way it is at the moment is perfect for our small setup!

You never know, but I don't think I will be running two versions (Lite and Normal) as I don't want to complicate the development and everything. But I will make sure any "fancy" functions that are added will be easy to disable/enable.
