Blank page when trying to install

After installing HESK 2.7.6 it was working fine.
After uploading Mods for HESK files (overwriting HESK files) the install page is a blank page. I treid with php7.1 and 5.6 but the same problem came up.
I couldn't install Mods for HESK.
What is the problem?

It seems like a required file is missing. If you enable debug mode in hesk settings (open hesk_settings.inc.php and set $hesk_settings['debug_mode'] = 1), does a message appear on-screen at /install? If no, check to see if there is an "error_log" file either in the main helpdesk folder or in the install folder.

After setting debug mode on I didn't get any message in browser.
After that I checked error_log and there was a message. The database_mysqli.inc.php file and database.inc.php file were missing. I don't know how it could happen. I just uploded the unzipped mods for hesk files.
I uploaded these files again but after that I didn't get any message in error_log but the install is a blank page too.

I don't know what missing now.

I don't know how it could happen but some files were missing. Although I checked that Transmit replace them.
Now it is ok. I manually checked all folders what should I replace and what are new.
