I have a small suggestion.

Is it possible to view all the customer status details in the view report column and also is it possible to add the HTML handler to open the particular tickets details from the report either in user level or commonly

Please post any suggestions to the HESK features suggestions page.

Although I don't update there much, it is actually used when deciding for new features.
