Add tickets under name/pass and allow assign.

Hi there,

My goal is that Hesk in an ideal form should primarily serve one person who puts tickets into it and assigns them to the workers. The boss needs to log in to the base to give the tickets to the workers.

Is this possible?

Sure, you can make "boss" an administrator and for the "workers" you could create staff accounts without these permissions:

Can assign tickets to self
Can assign tickets to others
Can view unassigned tickets
Can view tickets assigned to others

On the "Users" page I would also make sure "auto-assign tickets" is turned on for the "boss" only.

This way any new ticket is first assigned to the boss and he then assigns them to appropriate users (who can only see tickets assigned to themselves).
