how can i get Knowledgebase by language

let's just say its a mess having multiple languages mixed up in the Knowledgebase. is there any way we can somehow get it by language?

There's no built in way to do that. I would recommend creating a new category for each language, then sub-categories inside.

How about the Top Knowledgebase articles any way to only show it by top category (by language) as you suggest doing new category for each language, then sub-categories inside?

Unfortunately no, overall top articles will be shown there, independent of category (language).
