What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: until 2 days ago I has hesk perfectlly working now if i send me a ticket not open it and cron job work fine but not send it..what is the error?

What is your help desk URL so we can test it, the one you posted doesn't work?

You may also want to talk to your web host why that page is suddenly not available; this is something on the server-side blocking?

Maybe you have an index.html file in the main "supporto" folder preventing loading of index.php?

so i active piping...you send a simple mail and automatically open ticket, ok?

Nothing changed in the code, so something hanged on the server. I would:
- check server logs for errors
- try turning "Debug mode" to ON in Hesk settings and see if then any new errors occur
- do you get any returned email (email delivery failed notifications)?
- check with your host what had changed in the last 2 days on the server

no one..any mail receive, just a simple mail
nothing to change. I only change mail server and tested and working
