Unable to raise 2 ticket

i have installed Hesk and its working fine. But after raising a ticket I am unable to raise another ticket. even after submitting it just refresh the page and in admin section I am able to see the first ticket and i am unable to see the second ticket

You are using Mods for Hesk, not the original. Maybe Mike can help (if yes, he will probably need access to your admin panel)?
