No Install folder Help

Hi All
My first time here

I upgraded Hesk to the latest version and then copied all the files for the 3.2.5 Mods for Hesk as instructed. I then went to the domain and put in the domain name/install etc but it shows 404 because there is no install folder in the Mods for Hesk download. How do i now get it installed, Im at a critical phase now and im stuck.

There's definitely an install folder in the zip. How are you extracting the zip? What does your file structure look like on your web server after extracting the files?
