Can I Customized Hesk

I want to ask if I can Customized the hesk system to fit my requirement for ex I have a work flow like admin for every catogry and so on can I make these changes or not??

Under "Grant of License" on the EULA:

You may also modify the Software to fit Your specific needs as long as all parts of the EULA are adhered to (pay special attention to "Conditions and Limitations" and "Removing Powered by links") and the modified Software is still considered HESK Software.

So you're free to modify HESK in any way you'd like, so long as you adhere to the rest of the EULA.
