changes in the script

how can I make the following changes in the script
  • admin should approve that if the agent wants to move the ticket to the other agent.
  • How can I change the editor so that I can type the maths formula and I can directly past the images instead of uploading them
  • I want to remove priroty
  • I want to add a custom file while raising the ticket
  • How can I calculate the average responsive time taken by the agent to respond the tickets

We do not provide support for customization, you will need to find and make the necessary code changes/customization yourself or hire a PHP developer for help.
