Install Issue

Fresh install of Hesk 2.7.3 running on PHP 7.0
Everytime I try and install Mods for Hesk, it gets a quarter of the way then fails with error code 40 and 41.

No other information provided to try and resolve the issue.

If the install is failing on #40 or 41, that means it's either failing to add some columns to the stage_tickets table or failing to update the version number.... both strange.

Are you trying to do a fresh install? If so, could you check Tools -> Database Validator and make sure that everything fails?

Hi Mike,

Yes Fresh install and the Database Validator showed fail for all lines.

I ended up getting it to work by using the Version 3.1.1 installer then upgrading to 3.2.2.

Seems to be working ok now.
