Database Error to update MFH 3.0.7 to 3.1.1

Hi,
I'm trying to update mod for hesk, I correctly upated the last version of hesk, and trying to run update process,
but when installaer start, I have this mesage:
Could not execute query: ALTER TABLE `hesk_logging` ADD COLUMN `stack_trace` TEXT. MySQL said: Table 'support_db.hesk_logging' doesn't exist

I tryed to do something, But can't understand which change have to do in hesk after update to activate this table.

Pls can you help me

The hesk_logging table was introduced back in Mods for HESK 2.6.0, so it sounds like you're missing at least one table.

Go to http(s)://<path to your helpdesk>/install/mods-for-hesk/modsForHesk.php and then click the "Validate Database" button. Report the results of the validator here.

I tryed to validate the database like your counsil, but don't closed the procedure, and now I have:

Can't execute SQL

Actually also if restore old files, databse is corrupt, I have to retore backup.

Is 2.6.0 the only section that fails? I didn't see any screenshots showing everything after that.

Try selecting "2.5.5" as your current Mods for HESK version and then click "Upgrade". Of course have a backup on hand if things don't work properly

It strage sometime I can close to 2.6.4, sometime no.
