I tried to see if the kb articles in hesk are compatible with RSS.
There is a function to enable Rss feeds in a category or an article?

There is no RSS functionality for the knowledgebase at this time. If you want to see this added, consider submitting a feature request at https://mods-for-hesk.uservoice.com/for ... 58-general
