Tools- where it is?

after upgrading HESK to last version, I lost button TOOLS in main menu.

How can I get it back?

It should be in between "Reports" and "Settings" in the top nav:

Can you provide a screenshot of what you're currently seeing when logging into the helpdesk? Also, have you tried re-copying & pasting the HESK files from the HESK download zip back to your server, in case something wasn't properly copied over?

1. Are you able to open URL admin/custom_fields.php when logged into admin?
2. Upload the original inc/show_admin_nav.inc.php file to the server

this is working.

After replacing file it is same, still not visible.

Are you logging in with an administrator account, or a regular "Staff" account? Make sure it's an administrator, other staff members may not have access to tools unless admin gave them permission.

that was a problem, I had all rights on my account, but with new version there are few marks more.
