Loosing Information from Check_Box in Custom Fields

Write your message below: When Editing a Ticket in HESK some information is lost in a Custom Field Check_Box.

Upon editing the ticket after it was saved the Check_Box can be ticked again. If the ticket goes thru any changes or opening the information is lost again.

I've tried searching for this error and can't find any info on this.

Unfortunately I don't understand what you mean.

Could you please provide exact steps what you do, what happens and what should happen instead?
