3- When pulling up or down with the arrows it stays the order of the id's

Seems to be working fine on one of my production installations. Do you get a "success" message after clicking on one of the arrows?

No, When I click on the arrows to go up or down I see no message at all.

Is there anything logged in your browser's console when you click one of the sort buttons?

Okay, odd. In the chrome developer console area, select the "Network" tab, and then try clicking one of the sort buttons. Does anything appear in the Network tab? For example, if you click the up arrow, you should see a request to "up" appear:
