WHYWYG Editor not show up

Hello,

i install mods for hesk and I avaible WYSWYG editor for ticket but never show up. even for new ticket.

If you open your browser's developer console (F12 in Chrome), are any errors displayed?

Please also provide any relevant information about your helpdesk, including:
  • Script URL
  • Version of script
  • Hosting company
  • URL of phpinfo.php
  • URL of session_test.php
  • What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution
