I have version 2.2 of HESK and don't recall my username and password.

How do I reset it?

I have tried this: http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/admin ... set_21.zip but there are no instructions in the PHP files as to what I need to do.

Please help

All you need to do is upload the PHP file in the archive to the root of your helpdesk, and then go to http://<path to your helpdesk>/admin_pass_reset.php in your browser. Your username will be changed to Administrator and your password will be changed to admin. Make sure to delete this file afterwards as anyone can execute this and therefore change your password!

However, the better open is to update to the latest version of HESK (2.7.3). There is a built-in password reset mechanism in the latest version.
