Hi all.
I was asked by my customers to have the categories of our Helpdesk translated.
I mean, I can customize and transalate almost everything of the Hesk/MfH program into different languages (in my case English and Italian) even the name of the optional fields to be filled in for submitting tickets, except the kind of problems (= categories) for which tickets can be submitted.
If I'm not wrong the only possibility I have is to use set the name of the categories in 2 langiages like "Problemi elettrici/Electric problems" or did I miss something?

There is no multi-language support for categories (yet... will most likely come in the future, but not in 3.1.0 (as I'm planning on releasing 3.1.0 sometime this week *fingers crossed*)). This actually was requested as well for HESK as well
