Hi, I want to show all the tickets, inclusive resolved ones, on the admin panel. How can I make it auto checked as default? Here is a screenshot what I mean: http://imgur.com/a/1Q2DF

1. Click "More options" below
2. Select "Make this my default view"
3. Click "Show tickets"
