I haven't used mods for hesk yet but I think it looks fantastic.

All the same, I'd rather not make such drastic changes to my help desk in one go.

Is it possible to install features individually?
I.e. Just install the calendar and ticket due features.

Unfortunately no, you have to install the full Mods for them to work.
