Dear Mike,
in the "Permission Template management" of MfH one item is "Can export tickets".
I really do not find this item anywhere in the menu even as Admin and/or enabling this feature for people of the staff.
Can you give me any clue on this?

Click on "Reports" on the top navbar, and then click "Export Tickets" under the "Run Reports" section.
