I was wondering if it is possible to organize the appearance of categories of tickets in a custom way or if this is embedded in the code of MfH.
I mean, I have 15 categories and they apppear to the customer as reported in the screenshot below if the "maximum number of categories selectable" in the settings is 15 or higher.
What I'm asking if it is possible to organize them in another way, for example in 3 columns with 5 category each or if is impossible at the moment.
