Hi
I have just installed 3.0.3 mod on my Hesk which was the latest version and in the knowledge base I am missing the fa-folder-open. Right clicking and show image brings up a 404 error. I've created a png file and popped it in the img folder but it hasn't fixed the issue. Does anyone have any advice for me?
I can't show you as it's on an internal network sorry.

Re: fa-folder-open missing
The FontAwesome library (which contains the icon for fa-folder-open) is hosted via a 3rd-party CDN (more specifically, it is pulled from http://netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awe ... me.min.css). Is your helpdesk able to retrieve sources from external domains?

It is, however I do prefer to keep things local. I'll have a look at that CSS when I'm back at work.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: fa-folder-open missing
Hi Mike,
i have some development clients. These clients are not able to retrieve external addresses.
So some icons are missing, edit, arrows etc.
Is there a solution for this problem? I‘ve found external addresses in 3 or 4 files.

I have the same issue. Icons are not being loaded from external and are therefore missing. Would also love it locally
