Installation issues with Mod 3.0.0 for hesk 2.72

Hello,
I am banging my head against the wall because I cant figure out how to install the mod for hesk.
I have first installed Hesk with version 2.7.2 once installed we have taken the files from the 3.0.0 Mods files and we copied them to the public_html folder where we initially installed Hesk 2.72. We then proceeded to instal the mod 3.0.0 (by selecting no previous installation) which successfully installed but when I login all I see is the hesk version without the mod as I have seen it in the blue demo.

I have tried just about everything to get it to work to no avail and I cant find an install service that would get this headache out of my plate.

First off, I should let you know that Mods for HESK 3.0.0 currently does not support HESK 2.7.2 at this time. There will be an update released in a couple hours that provides support.

Anyways, how are you copying the files over? You should have several files that need to be overwritten, as Mods for HESK modifies the majority of your HESK installation. It sounds like you may be copying the Mods for HESK files into a separate folder and not overwriting the default HESK files. Please also provide a helpdesk URL, PHP version, and MySQL version (which is usually asked when creating a new topic). That way I can take a look at your installation to see what is going wrong.
