Sorry newbie here.

i've already translate text.php to Malay

Question is, i want to change ticket status like "New", "Resolved","Waiting Reply","In Progress" to Malay, but i cannot find where is the scripts.

Al the text, including ticket statuses, are in the "text.php" file. Other files to translate are email templates in the "emails" folder to get a working Hesk in your language.
