Can not open file, corrupted file

Post by wed »

Hello
I have a problem with attached files
Since the update in 2.7.1

When a client or staff upload a file (ticket or kb), the file is sent correctly.

The files are correctly attached in the tickets or in the KB cards.

When you want to download, the files are systematically corrupted after download

When I download the same file in FTP in attachments folder, the file are not corrupted in the server

It does not work anymore since the update version 2.7.1

All older tickets or kb files sent with version 2.6 will work

For new tickets, customers can download them. Customers or staff have a corrupted after download.
We have tested on two differents PHP servers (php 5.4 and 5.5) and it does the same . The downloaded files are corrupted after download.

Have you this problem since the update

Thank you for your help

Most likely due to the French text.php file not being saved correctly.
