Upgrade to version 2.7.1

Good Morning,
I upgraded system to version 2.7.1 so I can use the Reload function of the page, PLUS feature added.

Hi, I have a backup, I installed the system in the install folder - and I asked to install or upgrade, I got the upgrade and it was successful, however, I enter the system normally ... everything is ok, in tweaks the version is 2.7.1 as updated.

However, I noticed that the new features, I did not find anything new after updated, I have done something wrong.

Can correct.

Do you have any new tabs on the "Tools" page? For example "Email templates", "Custom fields", "Custom statuses"?

I found it very strange, then I decided to upload the folder with version 2.7.1 again to FTP server.

And now it worked.

Just confirm ... the reload, every time I have access to the panel and I have to activate it

It is not easier to have routine in the profile of each user, Yes or No.

In Admin panel > "Profile" page > "Preferences" tab you can select: "Automatically reload page with ticket list every: 30 seconds"
