Mods for HESK 3.0.0 RC 1 has been officially released, available at https://mods-for-hesk.mkochcs.com.
THIS IS A PRE-RELEASE VERSION AND MAY BE UNSTABLE. IT IS MORE STABLE THAN A BETA, BUT IT IS STILL RECOMMENDED TO NOT USE THIS IS IN A PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT!
(if you ignore that warning and use it in a production environment anyways, be sure to make a backup of everything first. Mods for HESK is not responsible for data loss!)

- Major overhaul of new layout. Navigation is now on the top with most tools and settings in a "settings" dropdown, while the main areas (home, KB, calendar, and reports) are on the top navbar. The sidebar that used to be for navigation is now for page-specific features (currently, only the view ticket, calendar, mail, and settings pages use the sidebar)
- Added "View all Messages" to the language file
- Moved "New Ticket" to the top-right of the ticket table and fixed an issue where the button wasn't visible when there were no tickets displayed
- Tweaked appearance of boxes in ticket timeline to improve readability
- Changed color scheme of "Notes" section on view ticket page to improve readability
- Removed empty footer when user was running HESK with a valid HESK license

- Fixed issue where customers could not respond to a ticket
- Changed the "submit reply and change status to" dropdown to a dropup to prevent overflow issues (some statuses could not be selected as they ran off the screen)
