Guestbook not working cannot work out why

I am enquiring as to why my guestbook is not working.
For some odd reason the code is showing, l have no idea as to why this is.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,

Does your host support PHP? Usually the code displays if your host doesn't support PHP at all. Contact them and check.
