You can delete (or rename) existing index.php file then simply rename links.php to index.php

I got deleted index.php file and rename links.php to index.php but..
show Page not found and ...
in address bar show links.php!!
in file index.php redirect to the links.php
for remove links.php fro url and show only http://sample.com Without links.php what should we do?

You probably have the old index.php redirect cached.

Clear your browser cache and it should work fine after rename.
