when i login to my HESK , helpdesk i got !Error : You have been banned from this help desk.

I presume you are website owner, have you tried this?

If it's a permanent ban (not something Hesk does automatically) you will need to manually remove the ban in MySQL from hesk_banned_ips table (use a tool such as phpMyAdmin, your host should provide it).

i already tried that but didn't fix anything, because it says this message:
Notice: IP address 116.116.181.79 is not banned, no changes made. , which supposed to be my ip
but the message we see is different and it's for all people i gave them permissions as admin get same message as me which is this msg.

The "You have been banned from this help desk." error means that your IP address has been permanently banned from the help desk.

1. Have you tried emptying the hesk_banned_ips table in MySQL? You could have a huge range banned there (by mistake maybe?)

2. Have you modified any of the Hesk files? Upload original ones (backup existing first).

** NO, all the ip's banned there just 5 ip's nothing more

There could be a mistake with those 5 ips banned, because it shows banned for me too. Empty that table and try again.

i asked one of other people i gave them admin access, one of them told me he banned one ip yesterday, then this problem happened
i deleted all banned ip's from database, it was only way i have , i browse the hesk_banned_ips table in MySQL and deleted them from there one by one
then everything's back working normally .

In that case your server is probably connected through a proxy and the proxy IP was banned.
