when closing a ticket, no email close is sent to customer (ticket_closed.txt).
mi version of hesk is 2.6.8 and hesk mode 2.6.4
"Notify customers when a support ticket is marked Resolved" is checked
please can you help me?

My test instance sent me an email when closing a ticket. Can you provide the exact steps that you took to close the ticket?
