When working on a ticket I leave it open so it records the time taken to resolve an issue, however if I update anything within the ticket during this time or add a note it resets the time worked back to 0 so when I close the ticket it isn't recording the actual time it has taken to resolve the issue.
Is there anyway I can stop it resetting?

Unfortunately not the way it's currently designed/handled.
It would require the time to be logged independent of the form/command/action used on the ticket page. I will see if I can come up with a solution, but will probably not be included if it would mean overly complicating (in the light of trying to keep Hesk fast and simple).
