I want your script http://www.phpjunkyard.com/php-link-manager.php also available for editing the link and description by user who submit the link.
Sometimes, user want to edit the link. May be : you can give the specific access code to specific link. The access code was delivered to the user email when the link was approved.
Can you do this?

It's a good idea.

I currently don't have time to develop it, but will most likely include it in a future version. If you need something sooner you will probably have to hire a PHP developer to help you out.
